
Before PAX? Could have cared less about Brink. Looked like just another team-based shooter. However, having played it now, I can’t wait to get my grubby mitts on the damn game and am disappointed to hear that it’s not coming out until Spring 2011.
The line for the game was curled all the way around the back of the Brink booth, with people waiting over two hours to try the game out. If that doesn’t tell you something about what this game has to offer, not much else will. The booth was so packed with people that I had to interview Splash Damage’s Creative Director, Richard Hamm, outside the booth along one of the major walkways.
As you’ll see in the video, this makes for some interesting interviewing…
