Living in the Dallas, Texas area? Love video games, absurdly hot women and parties? What if I told you this weekend, a bunch of hot female models were going to be throwing a free video game charity event that everyone is invited to? You’d probably think you died and had gone to Heaven. THIS IS NOT THE CASE! This is actually happening!
Charisma +2 “Booth Babe” Modeling agency is holding a charity event on Saturday, May 7th, starting at 4PM central and going on through the evening. No, no, you don’t need to break out the cufflinks or your top hat; this party is for real people. The theme is “Jersey Shore”, which translates to “dress casually and spray tan yourself orange”.
The list of events is impressive: a silent auction with thousands of dollars in video game swag, donated from video game publishers like Valve (Portal 2) and 2K Games (Borderlands, Duke Nukem). Guitar Hero ninja model Kelly “Tipperqueen” Law-Yone, who has played with such luminaries as Bill Gates, Gene Simmons and Slash, will be there from 4-6 and giving away her autographed guitar! Multiple gaming stations, including head-to-head matches of Mortal Kombat, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Dance Central and even Def Jam Rapstar will be set up, courtesy of Versus Net Play. Defeat QuakeCon Girl and Quake Live master Ashley for a chance to win prizes! There will even be a green screen there thanks to the folks at 2K Games where you can pose with the Duke Nukem girls and be put into a stillshot of the game!
Is this for real? Yes, it is.
Even the charity is cool! Instead of the usual raising money for volcano relief in some third world country you’ve never heard of, we’re raising money to support soldiers deployed overseas. Remember Sunday when you heard Osama Bin Laden had been killed, and you thought to yourself, “Man, I wish I could have helped out somehow!”, now you can! Front Towards Gamer’s charity wing, Operation Supply Drop is building video game care packages for troops deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. Just because Al-Qaeda’s number one is being turned into fish food as we speak doesn’t mean our overseas missions are done! So help us support these brave men and women who are stuck thousands of miles away from their loved ones with some video games!
Here’s where you go!

Last piece, the event isn’t dry, but to keep costs to a minimum, it is BYOB. Soldiers, sailors or airmen who come to the event and show a valid military ID will walk away from some free swag!
Still have questions? Head over to the posting over on the Charisma Plus 2 website for further details!
Hope to see you there, and even if you can’t be there, stay tuned here at Front Towards Gamer.com or Operation Supply Drop.org for livestreaming of the event!
