After the awful Wii entry in the NiGHTS series, fans were left wanting more of what they grew up with instead of an embarrassment with stiff controls and poor production values. Since the Wii sequel essentially crushed out all hope of a proper sequel, SEGA decided to give us the next best thing. Today SEGA has announced that an HD remake of the original NiGHTS into Dreams is coming to PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade, and Steam this fall.

The HD remake of NiGHTS into Dreams features all original levels with enhanced HD graphics, a playable Saturn mode that leaves the original graphics intact, leaderboards, and trophies/achievements.
