Yes, I’m familiar that the name of the segment is supposed to be “Fresh Face Friday”, but let’s face it, you probably need a little shot in the arm to help get you into work on Monday morning, right (okay, truth be told, got a little backed up last week with our FOUR HORSEMEN video game care package to a platoon in Afghanistan going out, getting caught up now)?
So, check out the latest offering from the ladies from Charisma Plus 2, Christina, a contestant in the 2013 Miss California USA pageant! Shame there weren’t more shots of her looking more “gamer-like”, but I’m sure we won’t hear any complaints from the peanut gallery, right me boy-os? And she’s not just a pretty face, check out her gamer cred:
CHRISTINA’S GAMING CREDENTIALS:
My parents wouldn’t let me have video games when I was young, so I had to play at friends’ houses. Finally I got an eBay account and bought a Nintendo 64. I still love that system! My favorite games were Perfect Dark, Golden Eye, and Star Wars Shadow of the Empire. I am happy to say that like a good older sister I broke my parents in and both of my younger brothers are now free to game! (My youngest brother and I often play online after he gets off school.) Since then I have added a PlayStation, NES, Wii, Nintendo Micro, Nintendo DS, and a bad ass gaming PC to the mix, soon I hope to get a PS3 also! I think at the moment I would say I am primarily a PC gamer, all about Steam achievements; they’re like positive reinforcement! I am also completely addicted to games on my iPhone!
