The wonderful folks over at Wadjet Eye Games were generous enough to give us a copy of their new point-and-click adventure game Resonance to giveaway to one of our loyal readers. Why should you be excited, other that it is a free game? Because Resonance earned an 8 from our own AssassinTRIP saying, “Resonance is an absolutely wonderful addition to the genre and fits nicely into the mature and dark corner, right alongside Yesterday and The Walking Dead.”
So what is Resonance actually about? It’s a dark murder mystery that centers around the search for a dangerous piece of technology created by a now-dead particle physicist and his murderer. You play as four characters that are all tangled in this web of conspiracy. There are interesting long- and short-term memories that act as inventories for plot related stuff between characters or discussions with people in the environment.
