Gee whiz another MOBA coming to the PC market!? Well if you were “steaming” about when Awesomenauts will come to PC, fret no further. Now meaning August 1st (by the time you’re reading this it’s August) the accessible and stylish will hit Valve’s marketplace for $10. The port, accompanied by all the free DLC the loyal console players got earlier, is the same 3 vs. 3 vs. Minions vs. environment Co-op chaos we’ve seen before.
Need to decide if it’s a day one or Steam sale purchase? Still confused on what it is!? See what Jatosin thought of it on Xbox Live Arcade (hint: he liked it).
Strange to see a genre’s highest populated platform getting a later port. Monday Night Combat, another cartoon-ish MOBA, falls in to the same category with a 2010 Summer of Arcade release then a late January 2011 on Steam. Either way Awesomenauts is a simple 2D platformer that doesn’t lack in MOBA charm.
