The official Oddworld Inhabitants Facebook page released a brand new screenshot for Oddworld Abe’s Odyssey HD. As you can see above, Abe seems to be moving towards a glowing directory in beautiful high definition. Unlike most HD remakes, Abe’s Odyssey is following the Monkey Island route and completely recreating the graphics instead of simply upscaling them.
I think this screenshot is a stunning indication of how the final product is going to look, and I cannot wait to play Abe’s Odyssey when it finally releases. I missed these original PS1 titles and have been looking forward to the eventual rereleases. Are any of you excited for another HD rerelease?
