The year was 1997 and for many a Final Fantasy fan it was the major turning point for the series. Nintendo was not the only big star in the industry anymore and there was a new contender for the best. That was Playstation and it’s FMV’s, discs and polygons.
What I am, of course, talking about is Final Fantasy VII and if you are a PC owner (XP – Windows 7) you are in luck, as the game that captured many a gamer’s heart has had a slight face lift and is now available to download for your PC. Even better, it is slightly discounted as well until September 12th, Bonus!
So if you were unfortunate enough to miss out on it when it first came out and haven’t played it on the PS3 as a download on the PS Store, you can enjoy it now in all its HD-ish glory. Check out the PC trailer below.
