Are you looking for a great game that melds the Metroid-vania and RPG style gameplays? Then you need to check out Dust: An Elysian Tail. It has a simple yet detailed combat system that adapts battle difficulty to your play level. On top of that the art style looks to be taken straight from a classic Disney movie. Our own IrishVendetta84 gave Dust a 9 and said:

“Taking interactive entertainment to a level rarely seen, Humble Hearts has created a piece of artwork – yes, this qualifies as “Art” with a capital “A” – that will live long past the initial shock of the masterful visuals. While the artwork is the most obvious of the qualities of Dust, the overall care given to the small details are what really set it apart.”
