2012 is a really special year. Let’s look past the whole thing with the Mayans, this year we have launched a rover to Mars, celebrated an Olympics, and brought the world that is the joy of Honey-Boo-Boo. (Ok, we Americans take the blame for that) 2012 is also a great year to look back at games.
It’s oddly perfect that a number of fantastic franchises reach their 20th or 25th celebrations this year. So, instead of dedicating a week to all games, we’ve decided to dedicate one week to celebrate most of the games that are reaching their anniversaries. Our schedule goes as following:
- Monday: Castlevania
- Tuesday: Mega Man
- Wednesday: Mario Kart
- Thursday: Mortal Kombat
- Friday: Final Fantasy
- Saturday: Metal Gear
- Sunday: Street Fighter
