Assassin’s Creed III is giving gamers a chance to get all the upcoming DLC, including an extra single player, alternate timeline campaign, sooner and cheaper with their Assassin’s Creed III Season Pass. This pass will give players access to all DLC one full week before those that don’t purchase it, and will save gamers 25% as opposed to not buying the pass and paying for all the DLC full price. Remember, all DLC will be available to those who don’t buy the pass.
Not only will the DLC included in the Season Pass grant access to new maps and characters for the online multiplayer, but it will also give gamers the single player campaign “The Tyranny of King George” which paints George Washington as a tyrant who fears losing his power over the colonies. Ubisoft described Assassin’s Creed III‘s extra campaign as thus:
As the revolution comes to a close, a new and most unexpected enemy emerges. Driven by the desire to secure the fate of the colonies, the greatest hero of the revolution, George Washington, succumbs to the temptation of infinite power. The new King is born and his reign leaves no one untouched. To return freedom to the land our new hero must dethrone a tyrant he once called friend.
The Season Pass for Assassin’s Creed III will be available for 2400 Microsoft Points or $29.99 on PlayStation Network. This pass can also be pre-ordered at either GameStop or Best Buy. All this content will also be available on the WiiU.
Look for Assassin’s Creed III on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC on October 30 and on WiiU on November 18.
